Abstract
Background: Vaccines are preparations containing antigenic substances capable of causing active and distinctive immunity in humans. Vaccines are made from bacteria, rickettsiae or viruses and can be suspensions of live organisms or their fractions or toxoids. Objective: To determine the prevalence of AEFI and the relationship between comorbid disease and AEFI of patients who have received the second dose of vaccine in Sukamulya sub-district. Methods: Using digital media questionnaires (Whatsapp and Instagram). Observed using a retrospective study design. This study includes people who have done a complete dose of vaccine using the convenience sampling method. Results: The results of the analysis showed that in local reactions 33% experienced pain and redness, 10% cellulitis, did not experience local reactions 57%. In systemic reactions, 26% had fever, 53% had myalgia, 25% arthralgia, 25% headache, 24% body weakness and 16% did not have a systemic reaction. In other reactions 11% experienced urticaria, did not experience 89%. Conclusion : In local reactions, most people experience pain and redness, in systemic reactions the most experience myalgia and in other reactions experience urticaria. Comorbid disease has a significant effect on Adverse Events after Immunization. Keywords: Vaccines, AEFI, Comorbid
