Abstract
Background : On March 11 2020, World Health Organization (WHO) declared Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) a public health emergency with a pandemic spreading, more than 8,525,042 confirmed cases were reported in 216 countries worldwide. The government's efforts to prevent transmission are to increase the community's immune system through vaccination of the community. Adverse Events Follwoing Immunization (AEFI) are all medical events that occur after the injection of a vaccine that require attention and are suspected to be related to vaccination, such as fever. Undiagnosed disease, comorbidities and previous medical conditions unrelated to vaccination may be a factor in reporting adverse reactions. Most occur in people with multiple comorbidities. The research design used was a cross sectional observation, namely the distribution of questionnaires using Google Forms via digital media Instagram and Whatsapp to 100 samples of the people of Panarung Koata Palangka Raya Village who had been vaccinated in the period November, October and September with a retrospective method to determine whether there was a relationship between the AEFI Vaccine COVID-19 and Comorbidities. Based on the results obtained through the acquisition of data analysis using SPSS version 16 R2 Determinant Test, ANOVA Test and t Test, it was found that there was no effect between the COVID-19 Vaccine AEFI and Comorbidities (Hypertension, Gastritis, Diabetes Melitus and Autoimmune) due to the lack of respondents with comorbidities being vaccinated. and the dominant sample is teenagers.
